Summary: zAccess collects only what is necessary to deliver a world-class assessment platform. We never sell your data, and we give you full control over what we hold.
We collect information you provide directly to us (account registration, exam submissions, support requests), information collected automatically (usage data, log files, cookies, device information), and information from third-party services (SSO providers, payment processors). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, authenticate users, process payments, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and conduct anonymized research to improve assessment outcomes.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and undergo annual penetration testing. Exam data is retained for 7 years to support accreditation requirements unless a shorter period is requested.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, or port your personal data. For GDPR-covered users, you may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@zentrinet.com to exercise your rights.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, performance cookies to measure load times, and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via our Cookie Preferences center. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect core functionality.
Our platform integrates with Stripe (payments), Google (SSO), AWS (infrastructure), and Sentry (error tracking). Each third party is contractually bound to our data protection standards and may only process data as instructed.
