By accessing or using zAccess ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including tenant administrators, instructors, and students.
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@zentrinet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use zAccess for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to attempt to breach security measures, to impersonate other users, or to engage in academic fraud. Violators will be permanently suspended without refund.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Unused days are not refunded on cancellation. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Enterprise contracts may include custom terms.
You retain full ownership of all exam content, student data, and assessment results you create on zAccess. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host and deliver your content.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance. In the event of outages exceeding our SLA, affected customers may claim service credits as described in our SLA Policy.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a data export for 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted unless legally required otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
